STRANGE BEINGS

When I was 13 years of age, I had an experience with beings from another place.
To begin, at that time, I lived with my parents and siblings in Southport, Maine. The house we lived in is no longer standing as a result of a fire that happened long after I had left. Anyway, I had a "dream" that I had to get up to go to the bathroom. (In order to get to the bathroom, I had to walk from my bedroom which was upstairs and go all the way downstairs to the bathroom. It was quite a long distance.) On my arrival to the bottom of the stairs, I happened to glance over in the direction of the far wall on which there were bookshelves. Opposite the bookshelves was a large cabinet with interior storage; it also had bookshelves that faced the wall. What I saw (in my dream) were small grayish beings approximately four feet in height!
They had large heads. I noticed that there were five of them, all of whom were bobbing up and down. I was quite fascinated and at the same time very scared. I had never seen anything like that before. I hurried up on my way to the bathroom. On my way back upstairs to my bedroom, I looked over toward the bookshelves and saw that they were still there!!!! I practically flew back to my room, got into bed, and pulled the blankets over my head! (This was the dream that I was trying to relate.)
I awoke from my dream and had to go to the bathroom. I got out of bed and began the long walk to the bathroom downstairs. When I got to the bottom of the stairs, I looked over toward the bookshelves and there were the same little beings that I had just seen in my dream!!!! I stood there for what seemed like an eternity just looking at them.
Then I hurried on to the bathroom. When I got back to the living room, I saw that the little "people" were STILL there!!! I ran up to my room thinking they were going to follow me. I got into my bed and pulled the blankets up over my head.
That whole experience took place approxiamtely 40 years ago. Since then, I have thought of it many times. I have hoped to see these creatures again because, while they frightened me, they also left a feeling of wonderment in me.
I KNOW that I saw these beings.
